Home Theater Cruise™ 2008 Sponsorships for the 6th Annual Event Produced by the team at Home Theater Cruise™, LLC

Platinum Sponsor #1 SOLD

Sponsor Receives:

• Home Theater Cruise ID Card – Sponsor Logo in color on front of card and in black on back. We provide the cards and design. One to each booked member.
• One On-board Party Spot (First choice for time slot!) – Sponsor to cover open bar charges. Limited product can be shown. Party to be listed on the Home Theater Cruise Event Guide which will also be posted on the Web site when the times are set in place closer to sailing.
• Demo Room Placement
• Sponsor Logo in first position on media sponsor ads, t-shirt, and any HTC media made which includes the sponsor logos.

Sponsor Provides:

• Lanyards: Sponsors Logo on the lanyard along with the HTC logo or text. Sponsor provides lanyards, production and shipping.

Sponsor Receives:

Sponsor Provides:

• Home Theater Cruise Bag – Home Theater Cruise™ logo on one side, sponsor logo on the other. Sponsor provides the bag to HTC approval and pays for all product, production, and shipping.

Gold Sponsor Slots

Included in any of the below is the sponsor Logo in Gold sponsor position on media sponsor ads, t-shirt, and any HTC media made which includes the sponsor logos. Gold levels listed below.

Gold Networking Party Spots (4 available) - $2,500 Per Slot – 1 Hour each

Sponsor Receives:

• One On-board Party Spot (HTC Choice of time) – Sponsor to cover open bar charges. Limited product can be shown and Home Theater Cruise will have final say on what can be allowed. Party to be listed on the Home Theater Cruise Event Guide which will also be posted on the Web site when the times are set in place closer to sailing. Sponsor is responsible for all setup and break down of their own party display. HTC Staff is available for help at $100 per hour.

Gold Special Party Spots (2 available) - $3,500 Per Slot SOLD

Sponsor Receives:

• Choice of Either the Welcome Aboard or Thank You Party (First Come, First Choice) – Drinks included by Home Theater Cruise, LLC. No product can be shown. Party to be listed on the Home Theater Cruise Event Guide which will also be posted on the Web site when the times are set in place closer to sailing.

Gold Demo Room Areas - $3,500 OPEN

Sponsor receives space in our demo rooms. Please Note: This is extremely limited to what we are able to do seeing we are aboard a cruise ship. Home Theater Cruise will have final say on what can be allowed in the rooms. The items will be setup from Saturday morning through Thursday morning and mainly open during conference times and at special requests. We will be setting up two demo areas and the areas will be open to all ship passengers. (2,800+) If you are interested in this area, please inquire.

Sponsor Logo printed on the front with “Home Theater Cruise™ 2008” embroidered on the back of the cap. One to each adult to be included in the welcome aboard bag. Quantity needed to be set by end of April 2008. Sponsor provides the embroidered cap with printing and shipping.

Sponsor Logo printed on the front with “Home Theater Cruise™ 2008” also printed on the visor. One to each adult to be included in the welcome aboard bag. Quantity needed to be set by end of April 2008. Sponsor provides the printed visor with printing and shipping.

Gold Logoware Keychain Wallet Case - $2,500

Sponsor logo on case with HTC Logo also printed on the case. One to each adult to be included in the welcome aboard bag. Quantity needed to be set by end of April 2008. Sponsor provides the printed wallet with printing and shipping.

Gold Notebook - $2,500

Sponsor logo on small notebook with HTC Logo or "Home Theater Cruise 2008" also printed on the cover. One to each adult to be included in the welcome aboard bag. Quantity needed to be set by end of April 2008. Sponsor provides the printed notebook with printing and shipping.
